Goodmanson Construction, Inc. guarantees that all concrete installed by us will be 99% free of surface popping/scaling/mortar flaking. If these surface issues occur on more than 1% of any section of your concrete, Goodmanson Construction, Inc. will repair or replace that section free of charge. This guarantee is valid for 10 years from the date of your installation. A date stamp in your concrete is required to verify Goodmanson installation of all concrete driveways. Stamp will be placed in the corner of your driveway nearest the road.
This guarantee does not include any damage caused by de-icing chemicals (including those claiming to be "safe for concrete"), acts of God, nor intentional or accidental damage caused by human negligence. NOTE: hairline cracks are common and usually occur in the control joints. These cracks are not cause for concern because of the mix design we use, and the reinforcement built into the concrete.
