NEED TO HAVE:
Class D Driver’s License
This would enable you (depending on experience) to work with equipment on site like Skids, Loaders and the like.
INCREASE YOUR EARNING POTENTIAL BY HAVING THE FOLLOWING:
Class B CDL with Air Brake endorsement acceptable.
This is acceptable, because it allows you to drive our dump trucks to haul material to job sites in addition to (depending on experience) working with our on site job equipment.
.Class A CDL with Air Brake endorsement preferred.
You increase your earning potential by having the Class A CDL and the Air Brake endorsement because in addition to being able to drive dump trucks and job site equipment, you can now also haul job site equipment from job to job.
Class A CDL with Air Brake AND Tanker endorsement extremely preferred!
This gives you the opportunity to drive ALL of our equipment. That includes our tanker trucks, transport trucks, dump trucks AND the job site equipment (depending on experience). This class and certification has the maximum earning potential.
Clean Driving Record
A clean driving record shows you’ve not only got the skills to drive, but you demonstrate the responsibility that comes with the equipment you’ll need to work with.

1 – 2 Years Heavy equipment operation experience
1 – 2 Years experience driving dump trucks and other Class A combination vehicles
Air Brake Endorsement

Proper use of concrete finishing tools
These positions involve a variety of tasks involving manual labor in the preparation of surfaces for the pouring of concrete to the cleanup of finished projects. Concrete finishers and laborers get to enjoy the outdoors while getting exercise and get to operate a variety of tools and heavy equipment.
The ability to lift up to 75 pounds may be required in order to complete some tasks. This is a year-round position that does participate in snow removal duties during the winter months. Work is done outdoors, so must dress for the conditions. Hours average around 50+ during the construction season with several opportunities for overtime.
